Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as launches, sales, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100, with a flat-rate shipping fee applied to orders under this amount. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

We also ship to New Zealand and the United States, with flat international shipping rates applied at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Issues

We offer 14-day change of mind returns, subject to our Terms & Conditions. Please refer to our FAQ page for full eligibility requirements.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
