We process all orders within 1–3 business days, with a little extra time needed during peak periods like sales or holidays. Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders over $100, with a flat rate applied to orders under that amount. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

We also ship to New Zealand and the United States, with flat international shipping rates applied at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund for the affected item.
